BEAR RUN tracks the contemporary rituals, language, values and evolving aesthetic of bear culture, by following three sets of characters as they romp through the 2006-2008 event circuit.  Through the compelling stories of Mikhael, John and Mike, and Louie, the documentary explores ageism, gender, body image, and the need for community and love.  www.bearrunthemovie.com

HUSH HUSH SWEET SMOKEY!
@ Private 15-acre estate
Many of you have heard about the wildfires that have ravaged much of the Northern part of our beautiful state.  In response, and understandably so, many counties, including Sonoma, have issued a ban on all outdoor fires.

But worry not, Lazy Bears!  The LBW creative team has been working overtime to bring you something new that is fun, playful and keeping in the spirit of late-night Lazy Bear Weekend.

This year, with help from good friend Steve Buczchek, producer of Beef Dip, Puerto Vallarta, and sponsored by 100% Beef,  we bring you this special late-night gathering under the stars.

Wear your Lazy Bear tags or pay 5.00 at the door of the Estate.  Yes...this is the same place as Sunday Furry Sunday but under the moonlit sky and 10 beautiful acres lit like you have never seen before.

By all means, bring your swimsuit and a towel for a late night dip in the heated pool.
Why 'Hush Hush' ?  We have to stay cool with the neighboors...no loud music or raucous bears, please!

What else to bring?  Bring a sweatshirt or something warm..(.it can get cool in the wee hours)...a blanket or sleeping bag to curl up on the lawn and watch the nightsky... flashlights too.  And a stuffed bear or other toy for the Guerneville Fire Department Toy Drive.
